NATURE, CONNECTION, BROTHERHOOD
As men, it is our responsibility to create space in our lives to fulfill these core needs—filling our cups so that abundance can flow into all that we do.
There is no better place for this than the mountains of Northern California. Mount Shasta is a pristine sanctuary where tribes of men have gathered for generations to cultivate vital life force and gain clarity from which to lead their lives, families, and communities.
Your hosts Kenny Borg and David Dillon have intentionally curated this 4-day retreat experience to nourish and expand all parts of your being, reset your nervous system, and support you in accessing and embody your full depth and authenticity.

At their core, there are three things every man needs:
1) time alone with no responsibilities
2) time in nature
3) time with other men
Connect with nature. Connect with yourself. Connect with other men.
